About Me

Life can be challenging at times, and I'm here to help. I offer clients a welcoming and affirming space to share their struggles and make positive changes. My holistic, compassionate approach to counseling is person-centered and trauma-informed. By investigating the past, identifying strengths in the present, and setting goals for the future, I help clients create a roadmap for living the life they want.

My education and training as a psychodynamic therapist and my background in community mental health, with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and complex trauma, provide the foundation for fostering a therapeutic relationship based on trust and authenticity. I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a Certified Professional Recovery Coach.

I work with adults and teens (16+), specializing in anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, loss, grief, life transitions, women's and LGBTQIA+ health issues, and trauma. My background includes working as an individual, couples and group therapist in college counseling, private practice and communithy mental health clinics. I regularly facilitated small groups and workshops for anxiety, substance use disorders, women’s trauma and mindfulness for mental health.

As a woman in long-term recovery, I consider it a privilege to be present with clients on their healing journey. Serving as a counselor and recovery coach with self-identified women and non-binary individuals who identify with women's communities is at the heart of my current practice.

Please reach out to schedule an introductory call to determine if working together is a good fit for you.  I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!
